Do you have a raw talent and need help developing that talent?

So, what makes a great coach?
1 - A great coach who coaches anything has the ability to look at their subject and determine their strengths and weaknesses, then work with them to overcome the weaknesses while maintaining their strengths.
2 - A great coach also has to have the ability to be tough and accept the fact they may not be liked. Often times one of the biggest reasons why anyone fails at achieving greatness is because they do not have what it takes to work through the tough adjustments and getting rid of bad habits.
3 - A great coach has to be not only tough, but sensitive enough to know when it's best to stand down.
4 - Finally, a great coach obviously has to have the experience and knowledge of what they are coaching.
The first goal I have for any client is to earn their respect and gain their trust. There has to be a bond and there
has to be a commitment to greatness from not only the client, but the coach as well.
My programs involve no contracts or agreements. You may come and go as needed. However, I highly suggest at least a 6-month plan. The first 30-60 days there will be a lot of getting to know one another and developing the right course to achieve the goal you are looking for.
